Complete this form if you would like to order specific items for collection.

To select items you will need to provide the item Barcode number. This can be found on the item’s page in our online catalogue. The barcode will always be the letters ‘HGCL’ followed by a four-digit number.

If you are not yet a library member please complete this membership form first.

Once your order has been fulfilled, we will contact you to arrange an appointment for collection. Please allow at least 24 hours for processing. Thursday orders will likely be fulfilled the following Tuesday.

We require your contact details to register you as a user of the library. The information you provide on this form will be used for administering and managing your membership, including contacting you from time to time to ensure your records are up to date, and improve the quality of our service.
